The sacred Magh Purnima Snan at the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj witnessed an overwhelming number of devotees taking a holy dip during the ongoing Maha Kumbh 2025. To maintain security and streamline crowd management, authorities have deployed AI-enabled surveillance cameras and drones throughout the Mela area.
A Grand Spiritual Gathering at Triveni Sangam
From the early hours of Wednesday, thousands of devotees arrived at the sacred confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers to participate in the auspicious bathing ritual. This Snan holds immense spiritual significance as it marks the conclusion of the month-long 'Kalpavas,' a tradition deeply rooted in Maha Kumbh's spiritual practices. Many devotees and saints experienced a celestial moment as flower petals were showered from helicopters above the Sangam.
