As the bus journeyed through Ramnagar and Kaladhungi, passengers, including the police officer and her sister, were seated comfortably, unaware of the crime in progress. Upon reaching Haldwani around 11 a.m., the officer proceeded to her family quarters, where she made a disturbing discovery. While unpacking, she found a slit along the chain of her trolley bag and realized that the handbag containing her precious belongings had vanished. This incident likely took place at some point between Ramnagar and Haldwani, although the officer is uncertain of the exact location or moment it occurred.

This brazen act has left the officer shocked and the local police force on high alert. She filed a complaint immediately after discovering the theft, and investigations are currently underway to identify the culprits.
