Dehradun’s Nightlife Crackdown: Hyatt Hotel Bar Loses 24-Hour License Amid Raids

This action is part of a broader effort to curtail late-night bar, pub, and club operations beyond the stipulated time of 11:00 PM.

In a series of coordinated raids led by the DM himself, the administration uncovered multiple violations. Bars such as Bristol Bar at Kishannagar Chowk, Ralph Club in Jakhan, and Rion Tucka Bar on Rajpur Road were found serving alcohol well past the designated hours. As a result, their licenses were suspended for 15 days for breaching the state's excise policies.

Late-night operations often lead to law and order concerns, noise pollution, and other safety risks. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has emphasized strict action against establishments flouting these regulations.
